Course Overview

This diploma focuses specifically on furniture and handicraft design — covering everything from measuring and drawing techniques to anthropometric design and full technical furniture drawings.

Students study different furniture types including beds, chairs, sofas, storage units, TV units, mirrors and display units, and learn to represent them through plan, elevation, isometric, projection & section views.

The course also covers moldings, jali design and joints, and trains students on professional design software for realistic rendering.
